Broken.

_{Well, it's official:
My Canon EOS 400D is broken.
There's no possibility to get her repaired resp. it would be too expensive.
(Some 250-300€ without! any spares..)

So I'm going to buy a new SLR. Again some Canon.
A friend of my mother (who has been a photographer)
suggested Canon Eos 500D; but I have no idea.. & no money yet.
It just have to be an EOS and Canon, because of my lenses etc.
Don't wanna buy the whole new equipment etc.

So it's going to take at least 2-4 months till
I'll have enough money to even think about buying a new SLR..

Mh.

Sam was my first SLR.
A lot of my friends don't understand why I'm really sad about the current situation
& that I've been really, well, depressed when I heard about it..
I guess just people who really love photography will understand this.
Or people who really know me.

The result of this incident is, that I'm not going to update a lot in the next few months.
Maybe just some of the photos I'm gonna use for my portfolio
or some edits or some old photos I've never uploaded before.
Stuff like these. You know.
Maybe I'm gonna use again this crappy little cam of my Dad,
a Pentax Optio M10. Don't know.
To be honest, I'm kinda fucked up of photography right now.
Well. No.
Not of photography. Of life & it's sense of humour.
Blah blah blah.
Suckers.
That's kind of an "emo-entry", I know.

I'm 21.
I live in Germany & was born in Warsaw/Poland.
Polish blood & patriotism is running through my veins.
I know 5 languages: English, Polish, German, French & Latin.
I speak 3 of them almost fluently (english, polish and german).

I'm in love with my Canon EOS 400D called "Samantha".
Always wanted to call my first child like this.
Actually she's broken & I'm going to by a new SLR.
But I don't know which one & I don't have any money atm.
(Any Suggestions for a new Canon-SLR ?)

I'm interested in photography since ~ 2004/2005.
My skills aren't that great, still learning.
I don't like photos that don't look like a photo anymore.
I prefer people & city life photography.
I'm always trying to put my emotions into my photos.
I often fail with this point.

My next aims are to find the right university for me.
& to take a trip to New York. Alone or with friends.
My dream is, to travel all over the world.
& one day I want to have my own magazin.

Currently my heart is broken.
But it's on the mend.

Türlich bin ich hier! Schon seit Jahren.. ~_~. x)
Gehen tut's, man lebt, zur Zeit nur was am kränkeln (Nasennebenhöhlenentzündung, yey!), ansonsten: läuuuuft!
Ja, das mit meiner Kamera.. ist immer noch eine offene Wunde, aber was soll man tun, ausser Kopf hoch & Geld sparen? :/
